Your reference number uses the format 'PP-000-0000'. We'll give this to you when you get a quote and it will be shown on any emails we send to you. Your reference number makes it easier for us to pull up your details, and guarantees the price we've quoted.
You'll typically be paid via cash or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) into your bank account. When you receive your quote, please let us know your payment preference, and we'll do our best to accommodate it. However, in New South Wales, cash payments are restricted. If you sell your car as scrap in New South Wales, payment will be made via EFT transfer. This restriction on cash payments is due to the Scrap Metal Industry Bill 2016 in NSW. For the rest of Australia, cash payments are still an option.
